The translation templates are bound (A5).

How to order

Only orders made in writing are accepted. Our books and terminologies are dispatched by cash on delivery, on receipt of a crossed cheque or prepayment by bank transfer.

1) Order with a crossed cheque:
Immediate dispatch on receipt of the written order and a crossed cheque.

2) Order by prepayment:
Immediate dispatch on receipt of the written order AND evidence of the successfully completed bank transfer on receipt of payment.
